We work with reliable courier partners Small Package Air Line to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Also offer express FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and special air line fast delivery, postage shown when check out.

Customers may select their preferred method at checkout when available.

Order Tracking:

Konxept is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Exceptions:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays).

Damaged or Lost Packages:
